Our Services
We bring the pieces of the building process together.
Whether you're building new or renovating, we'll guide you through every step. Our relationships with architects, designers, banks, suppliers, and tradesmen will directly benefit you and your project.
We're known for creating homes that not only look and feel good, but for making sure the experience of getting there feels good, too.

For many of us, building a home is the most personal investment we'll ever make. We believe the process should be just as rewarding as the finished product. Whether you're starting with a sketch on a napkin or a completed set of plans, we're equipped.
Our role extends beyond construction. We help assemble the right team, coordinate each phase of the project and advocate for your investment every step of the way. Our clients have a team committed to building a home that reflects their vision and serves their family for years to come.

On average, homes should undergo major renovations every 20 years. This keeps the home functional, attractive, and competitive with newer homes, while allowing you to address aging systems before they become major problems. Whether restoring an older property, reimagining existing spaces or completing a whole-home transformation, we approach every renovation with careful attention to detail and a deep appreciation for preserving what matters.
From design collaboration and permitting to material selections and construction, we manage the process. Our network of experienced craftsman and trade partners allows us to deliver exceptional work while making the experience transparent and enjoyable. We understand that renovations happen in the middle of real life, and we're committed to making that journey as smooth as possible.
With a background in architecture, regional planning, and urban design, Ali McClure has always had an appreciation for thoughtful spaces and the details that make a home feel just right. After more than a decade in corporate project management, she brought that experience into residential construction and now leads the Remodels division at Alliance Home Builders. Ali has a natural ability to balance design with organization, helping homeowners navigate the remodeling process with clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a steady hand from start to finish.
Ali especially enjoys the collaborative nature of remodeling—working closely with homeowners, designers, and trusted tradespeople to take an existing space and make it work beautifully for the way a family lives. Whether coordinating the many moving pieces behind the scenes or helping bring the finishing details together, she approaches each project with care and attention to detail. For Ali, the most rewarding part is seeing a homeowner’s vision take shape and knowing the finished space will be enjoyed for years to come.

The best additions feel as though they have always belonged. Whether your family needs additional living space, a primary suite, a detached structure, or expanded entertaining areas, our goal is to create an addition that complements both your home and the way you live.
From evaluating the property to coordinating the design, engineering, permitting, and construction, we oversee the details.
You don't have to show up with all the answers - we're here to help.
With our clients, tradesmen, architects, and partners, we lead with respect, communication, and our word. The people behind the project matter just as much as the project itself.
We treat every home, investment, and relationship as something entrusted to our care. That means making thoughtful decisions, protecting our clients' interests, and building with the long term in mind - not simply getting to the finish line.
The details matter - especially the ones no one else sees. Strong systems, careful planning, and an experienced eye allow us to anticipate problems and maintain a high standard throughout the process.
Our work should stand the test of time - in craftmanship, in relationships, and in the communities we call home. We want what we build today to still matter decades from now.
